In order to start making appointments, go to a specific account page.
Note: such a procedure also applies to leads and contacts.
You will find the Smart Planner digital assistant function on the right, suggesting the best possible time to meet a client, considering his address and where the appointments that you have already scheduled are taking place.
Should none of the options delivered be compliant with your client’s availability, you can select from the Start Date box the next date that you are available from. Click on the Refresh function that stands on the right of the Duration function, to get updated suggestions.
Should the time suggestions not meet the client’s availability, the clock on the right of the appointment will allow you to choose the ideal time for both you and the client.
Once done, click on Confirm.
After having confirmed the appointment, you can open the event tab and enter all the additional info to keep your CRM updated.
