Reshuffle is a tool that reorganises the appointments that you have already scheduled, optimising travelling to and from clients.

The example shows that the Mapadore index is 22%, indicating the efficiency rate of the entire route.

If you click on “Reshuffle”, the system will calculate the best route and reorganise the order of the appointments to optimise the efficiency rate.

At that point, you’ll be free to accept or decline the suggestion.

Moreover, before executing the operation, you have the possibility to leave out a few specific appointments from processing.

To tell the system not to process an event, it will be sufficient to open it and tick the box “Immovable”.
