It often happens that a client cancels his appointment with you once you have already scheduled the sales route for that day. 

In this case, in order to avoid wasting time and money, you can quickly find an alternative through the Smart Nearby digital assistant function.

Select the appointment that has been canceled from within the calendar and update the event status (in order to free the time slot).

After that, open the page of the account that you were supposed to visit. On the right you will find the Smart Nearby digital assistant function, which provides a list of your priority clients who are located in the area.

Once you have chosen which client to visit, click on your choice and make an appointment.
